About The Position

We’re seeking a dedicated HR Staffing Coordinator to support day-to-day employee processing and workforce management in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures smooth shift operations by overseeing attendance, GMP compliance, employee communication, and accurate reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions using policies and data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook (testing required)
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist employees at shift start, ensuring proper clock-in and GMP compliance
  • Send daily fill-rate reports and update staffing information in internal systems
  • Monitor breaks and lunches for policy compliance
  • Assign production workers to orders and log end-of-shift changes
  • Perform four safety walks per shift and submit reports
  • Reconcile attendance reports between Kronos and SAP
  • Manage daily callouts and follow up with absent employees
  • Handle employee coaching, documentation, and disciplinary steps
  • Respond to workplace incidents, complete accident reports, and coordinate care
  • Support orientations, I-9 completion, and onboarding tasks
  • Maintain organized records and assist with filing
  • Collaborate with HR teams and attend scheduled meetings
