About The Position

This is a field-based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction. The On Premise Trade Specialist is responsible for supporting the on-premise market in an assigned territory. Duties include conducting quality audits, executing POS placement, tracking ISB, conducting internal draft surveys, verifying third-party draft line cleaning, delivering products to customers, assisting with establishing new accounts and special events, and organizing POS in the warehouse. The role also requires ensuring compliance with ABC regulations and rotation requirements, and attending sales meetings and training.

Requirements

Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
Possess minimum of 1 year of similar or related experience.
Possess basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Possess the ability to deal with problems involving limited concrete variables in standardized situations.
Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, bar graphs, and procedure manuals.
Possess basic communication skills using common courtesy.
Possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form.
Possess the ability to perform physical work.
Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance in the market.
Possess ability to obtain and maintain an active beer and wine sales license.
Possess ability to drive, valid driver’s license, and a driving record compliant with company standards.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the on premise market in assigned territory.
Conduct quality audits as assigned.
Execute placement of POS.
Conduct ISB tracking.
Conduct internal draft surveys.
Verify third party draft line cleaning as needed.
Delivery product to customers as needed.
Assist with establishing new accounts.
Assist with special events and community programs.
Assist in POS organization in the warehouse as assigned.
Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and rotation requirements.
Attend sales meeting and training.
