About The Position

This role is for a Musketeer, which at Red Bull means being an integral part of the brand's presence in the nightlife environment. Musketeers are expected to live, work, and breathe the job, requiring passion, commitment, personal conviction, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The position is challenging and highly diversified, working within an ambitious and fresh team. The role involves being a Red Bull Ambassador, bringing the brand to life in various venues and events, establishing relationships with influencers, and building a reputation within the local scene. As a City Entrepreneur, the individual will take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities, understanding the market, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to promote Red Bull. Additionally, the role requires acting as an Indispensable Business Consultant, strengthening relationships with existing customers, creating new alliances, and using sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for both customers and Red Bull. A creative approach to problem-solving and marketing is essential to maintain Red Bull's leading position in the On Premise channel.

Requirements

Established contacts within the industry, and/or you the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly
Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred
Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time
You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and are able to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer
Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
