About The Position

The On Premise Festival & 3rd Party Event Specialist plays a critical role in bringing to life Red Bull’s national festival and third-party event strategy, by always positioning the brand at the center of regional and national relevant music festivals & 3rd party events. The On Premise Festival & 3rd Party Event Specialist will help strengthen Red Bull’s long-standing history in the global festival and event landscape by bringing to life best in class standards/activations which blend creative vision, operational excellence and partner collaboration. This role is responsible for the planning, development, management, and execution of partnered music festivals and third-party events within their territory and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Culture Marketing, Media Network, Distribution, Trade Marketing, Field Marketing and Red Bull Legal. Success will be measured through strengthening Red Bull’s brand image, increasing consumption & consumer pull within all partnered Music Festivals and 3rd Party Events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in live event production, experiential marketing, sponsorship management or related fields, with demonstrated festival and large-scale event experience.
  • Experience planning and executing complex, multi-layered event programs from concept through post event reporting.
  • Strong projection management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial and vendor management including forecasting, invoice tracking, and cost optimization.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive relationships with promoters, vendors, agencies, venue operators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and budgets simultaneously, including projects exceeding $400k.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting event performance metrics, sales data, and consumer insights to support future strategies.
  • Deep understanding of festival, experiential marketing, and event landscape, including current trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing operational plans, timelines, workback schedules, staffing plans, and event logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, project management platforms, and budget tracking tools.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while driving projects forward.
  • Collaborative team player who fosters strong working relationships, builds trust across departments and contributes positively to team culture.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of festival and event schedule.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of trends with promoters, festivals, and events, sharing valuable insights with regional and national leadership to guide consumer analysis and inform business strategies.
  • Monitor competitive activity and emerging opportunities.
  • Support territory mapping and forecasting of all music festivals and third-party events by maintaining annual event calendars, opportunity pipelines, attendance projections, and sales forecasts, and planning tools that support business planning and resource allocation.
  • Support the evaluation, planning, and negotiation process for festival and event partnerships by conducting research, maintaining planning documents, and coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Build event specific sales projections and depletion forecasts working collaboratively with distribution and On Premise.
  • Support the annual and ongoing business planning process with regional and national stakeholders.
  • Support the Festival & Event team and cross functional departments to develop and execute festival strategies across 10+ festival and 30+ third party event annually, ensuring consistency with Red Bull’s marketing framework and business objectives.
  • Support sponsorship agreements, rights management, deliverable tracking, and partnership fulfillment process.
  • Ensure all contracted assets are accurately documented, executed, and reported.
  • Support implementation of approved event strategies through coordination of product guidelines, operational procedures, staffing plans, and execution standards.
  • Maintain project timelines, workback schedules, run-of-show documents, operations trackers to ensure successful event execution.
  • Coordinate logistics orders, inventory requests, hospitality requirements, credential management, ticketing process, staffing coordination, travel logistics, and internal approvals.
  • Support relationships with festival organizers, concessionaires, venue operators, and sponsorship team to ensure contractual obligations are Red Bull execution standards are delivered as negotiated.
  • Coordinate with approved external production agencies, fabrication partners, creative vendors, printers, and logistics suppliers responsible for delivering event infrastructure, activation, and branded assets.
  • Coordinate inventory allocation of branded assets, including transportation across assigned events.
  • Support with event recaps, performance reporting, photo documentation, partnership evaluations, and post-event analysis.
  • Track KPI’s including sales performance, consumer engagement, and contractual deliverables.
  • Partner closely with various Red Bull departments to maximize event impact and business outcomes.
  • Maintain action items lists, budget tracking documents, credential databases, ticket allocation, meeting notes, project documentation to ensure alignment across stakeholders and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support Festival & Event Specialists across RBNA on large projects and on site activations as needed.
  • Support Festival & Event Operations Manager on new tool development, creation, and implementation.
  • Share best practices to maximize brand presence and consumer pull in accordance with US festival / On Premise event strategy.
