On-Premise Beverage Route Sales Representative

About The Position

Make every stop count If you thrive on building relationships, solving problems on the fly, and keeping customers fully stocked with great coffee and tea, this role is for you. As our On-Premise Beverage Route Sales Representative, you’ll provide route relief, deliver products, and ensure every beverage station looks sharp, runs right, and meets standards. What you’ll do Provide route relief by selling and delivering coffee, tea, and related items to assigned accounts. At each stop: replenish, rotate, and verify inventory; reset the beverage station to standard. Run at least one daily CQC (Cup Quality Check) and keep equipment clean and operational. Service all customers on the daily schedule and maintain high satisfaction. Own the paperwork: manage invoices, on-hand counts, and collections while on route. Grow revenue per stop by closing distribution gaps, executing seasonal/LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and merchandising to standard. Flag inefficiencies, customer concerns, and new opportunities to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) quickly. Assist the ASM with inventory cycle counts, warehouse support, and customer initiatives as needed. Learn brewing equipment basics and perform simple adjustments or minor repairs. Use the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell to deepen loyalty; make extra sales calls when time allows. Pitch in on warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service tasks as assigned. The base salary range for this role is defined above and may vary with experience and qualifications. Requirements
