Requirements

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tech Savviness - Experience working tech-driven operation, monitoring tickets, and assigning tasks through a proprietary operational tool set.
  • Demonstrated history of being a quick learner and a passionate worker
  • Operating as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary)
  • Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the prompt and thorough repair of Flexcar vehicles for members at our hubs and utilizing our mobile services.
  • Keep members proactively informed throughout the repair process, providing accurate wait time estimates and eliminating uncertainty.
  • Deliver an outstanding on-site experience for members, from initial greeting to the completion of repairs and vehicle return.
  • Coordinate with the repair and parts teams to ensure thorough preparation for upcoming appointments, avoiding any potential delays.
  • Proactively reach out to members with upcoming appointments to confirm details and clarify any service issues in advance.
  • Oversee the timely servicing of tow-in vehicles, providing members with consistent updates on repair status and completion.
  • Monitor and maintain Mobile Service Van productivity metrics by ensuring fully scheduled daily routes and efficient dispatch operations.
  • Ensure service advisor staff is actively working cases to completion
