About The Position

LAZ Parking is seeking experienced and dedicated shuttle drivers to join their team. LAZ provides a reliable transportation service with a commitment to safety while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in their operations. The LAZ Shuttle Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient, and safe transportation, loading and unloading of passengers & employees to and from the assigned destinations, and to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers.

Requirements

Class C license or Commercial License Class A or Class B
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass MVR (Driving Record)
2 or more years of driving experience.
Comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement if applicable for state regulations.
Ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)

Responsibilities

Safely operating company vehicles.
GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle, including ADA passengers if applicable.
Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
