About The Position

Evolution is seeking full-time On-Camera Game Hosts to join our modern studio. This role is different from typical customer service jobs, offering the chance to host live casino games on camera. We provide paid training from day one, and no prior casino experience is necessary. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working on camera
Strong communication skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Able to pass required background checks
Able to obtain Michigan gaming license
Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting.
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment.
Able to follow game procedures and studio standards.
Able to work assigned full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license.

Responsibilities

Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and other games.
Chat with players in a friendly, professional, and entertainment-focused way.
Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures.
Bring a confident, positive presence to every shift.
