About The Position

No casino background needed — our Evolution Academy pays you to train before you ever go live. Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Southfield, MI studio. You'll host live casino games, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat while players join online from around the state. No experience needed. Bring the personality. We'll train the rest.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people-facing background welcome
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Energetic, professional, and reliable
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera — Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Enthusiastically introduce players, explain the rules, and announce winners
- Deal cards and spin the wheel with quick, accurate technique
- Engage players in friendly, professional conversation every shift
- Bring confidence and personality to every session
