About The Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Casino Dealers at our Atlantic City studio. You'll deal real table games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — live on camera while players join online from around the world. This is not a casino floor job. You'll work in a modern professional studio with cameras, lights, game tables, and a full team around you. As an On-Camera Casino Dealer, you are the face of the game. You'll sit at a live studio table, deal real casino games, speak clearly on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players worldwide. No previous casino or dealing experience required. We teach you everything through paid training at Evolution Academy — two weeks of paid, hands-on dealer training before you ever go live.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable being on camera
Reliable and professional
Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
