About The Position

As a certified B Corp, Saalt uses business as a force for good, investing in women and communities through period care donations, scholarships, and life skills training. The company creates modern reusable period care products and is seeking an On-Call, Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support its fast growth. This role will be responsible for fulfilling daily website orders, packing and shipping promotional boxes, and packing bulk purchase orders for retailers. The associate's attention to detail and efficiency will be crucial in optimizing fulfillment speed and accuracy while minimizing shipping errors. As an On-Call Variable-Hour employee, shifts are scheduled dynamically based on warehouse needs, with no guaranteed minimum hours per week or month. Hours are structured to remain variable and are not expected to consistently reach or exceed 20 hours per week.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Effective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
Ability to stay organized across multiple communication platforms
Strong attention to detail and analytical skill
Ability to physically move between sitting and standing while packing boxes for several hours
Must be able to lift, carry, and move 50 lbs.
Must demonstrate adaptability, as job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with business demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shopify and Shipstation experience a plus

Responsibilities

Assemble components quickly and accurately on a fast-paced production line while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Fulfill and ship daily website orders.
Transfer products accurately paying attention to item, lot number, and quantity.
Improve accuracy and speed over time while minimizing shipping errors to customers.
Pack and ship weekly promotional boxes with attention to detail and presentation to send to third party partners, influencers, and media.
Pack and ship bulk quantity boxes for purchase orders sent to domestic retailers.
Assist management in optimizing the shipping process for efficiency and any additional staffing needs.
Stock and organize products and supplies as needed.
Unpack, organize, and maintain received shipments of product and supplies.
