Under general supervision, the On-Call Staffing Coordinator supports the UMMS Staffing Center outside of regular business hours by responding to urgent and time-sensitive staffing needs. This role is primarily administrative and ensures continuity of staffing operations during mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include managing callouts, arranging backfill coverage, and fulfilling real-time staffing requests to maintain safe and adequate staffing levels across UMMS member organizations. The On-Call Staffing Coordinator acts with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism to provide responsive support to clinical units and team members.
