About The Position

The On-Call Coordinator (OCC) performs multiple tasks for a patient population during business hours and after business hours, on weekends and holidays and assists the Relationship Managers (RM) with various tasks. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations and local agency administrators. Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details required
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of authority with internal and external customers required
  • GED or high school diploma
  • The ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist multiple office branches with questions during business hours and after hours
  • Assist clients in the event of a call out
  • Manage tasks of input of schedules for any schedule changes that might occur on the weekend
  • Communicate with on call clinician with any clinical questions after hours
  • Assist the Relationship Managers in maintaining a current awareness of the abilities and limitations of each field/external staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor
  • Work under the guidance of the Relationship Manager to learn/perform cost containment, and use of staff within guidelines
  • Work with the Relationship Manager to learn to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions
  • Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters
  • Follow and promote the Compliance Plan
  • Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to the procedures of Team Select
  • Perform all other job tasks as assigned
