About The Position

IST Management is hiring a part-time, on-call Copy/Mail Team Member to perform office services work at locations throughout the St. Louis metro area. The direct-hire role has hours within Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with no nights or weekends. Employees are expected to meet a business-professional dress code and standards. The hourly compensation range is $17.50–$18.50. The company offers professional training, skill enhancement, and opportunities to advance toward full-time positions. Nearby public transportation is available, though reliable transportation is required to reach locations not served by public transit.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Keyboarding and Windows-environment PC skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment.
Maintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
Handle shipping and receiving and order supplies.
Pick up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs, and faxes to customers.
Demonstrate flexibility in meeting customer demands in a high-volume production environment.
Adhere consistently to business procedure guidelines and safety procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
