About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, flexible On-Call Security Floater to support multiple accounts across Miami-Dade County. The role covers open shifts, emergencies, and last-minute call-outs, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to different sites and responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and service. The position provides exposure to multiple accounts and company operations, with the opportunity to build relationships and pursue future full-time or leadership roles. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation for traveling between sites.
• Prior experience in front desk or concierge security.
• Prior experience in gatehouse or access control.
• Prior experience in foot or golf cart patrol.
• Computer savvy, including ability to complete reports and use basic systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Active Florida Class D Security License.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for various sites as needed.
• Respond to emergency situations and urgent staffing needs.
• Perform front desk or concierge security duties, gatehouse access control, and foot or golf cart patrol.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence.
• Monitor and report safety or security concerns.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity reports accurately.
• Deliver customer service to residents, clients, and visitors.
• Follow company policies and site-specific post orders.
