About The Position

The Residential Counselor provides direct and indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served. Shifts Available: On-Call AM | Shifts: 7:00 PM - 3:30 PM | Days vary as needed PM | Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Days vary as needed NOC | Shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Days vary as needed. Telecare's mission is to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services that engage individuals in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams. Contra Costa Hope House serves adults aged 18-59 experiencing an acute mental health emergency. Adults aged 59 and older are admitted on a case by case basis. The average length of stay is 7-10 days.

Requirements

High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent
At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
