This role involves supporting patients and families through their end-of-life journey.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Minimum of one year RN experience
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Strong communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills
• RN License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call nursing care during specified shifts, including weekends and weeknights.
• Travel within an assigned territory to provide patient care.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to manage patient symptoms and improve quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
