Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Minimum of one year RN experience
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Strong communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills
• PA RN License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Hospice experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call nursing care during weekend shifts and weeknights.
• Support patients and families through their end-of-life journey.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to reduce symptom burden and enhance quality of life.
