On-Call Nurse - Hospice - BSN

About The Position
Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics. This is an on call position only. Will be available for potential addition assignments that can be completed from home as deemed necessary by Hospice.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current RN license by Indiana State Board of Nursing.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- 2 years nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred.
