About The Position

As an On Call Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing Massage and Esthetic services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism, and exceptional knowledge in the field of the healing arts. You will greet guests warmly, escort them to and from treatment rooms, and attend to their immediate needs throughout their spa visit. You will prepare treatment rooms to client specifications, adhering to property service standards, and perform prep work, cleaning, and restocking as needed. Ensuring guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment is paramount. You will maintain professional ethics while providing personalized service to each guest, ensuring their needs are met. You will maintain the work area with necessary supplies and ensure the room is immaculate at all times, as well as the cleanliness of all other spa areas, including locker rooms. Upholding the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures is crucial. You will communicate any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa, including complaints or misconduct, to management. Additionally, you will actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail items, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available. Regular attendance and participation in training and staff meetings for the spa are expected.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist and Esthetician
• Massage Therapist and Esthetician State License required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week inclusive of weekends

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred
• Personal, excellent communication skills, professionalism and love for healing
