VNA is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Job Summary: Under supervision, is responsible for providing skilled nursing and supportive care to patient, family and caregiver. Participates in modification of the plan of treatment. Utilizes the nursing process to provide comfort, and care and maximizes the quality of life to the patient and family.
Requirements
- Active Vocational Nurse license to practice in the State of California
- 1 year Hospice experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
Responsibilities
