This role is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The position involves restocking amenities, managing laundry and linens, maintaining organized work areas, and participating in deep cleaning and team training as needed. Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset with friendly and helpful attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the entire shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and surfaces are free of dust.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linen.
- Keep carts and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when required.
