About The Position
Ovation Hospice is seeking a compassionate and nurturing On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role is crucial in enriching the lives of patients and their families through dedicated hospice care. The nurse will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive high-quality care according to state standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Must have an unrestricted RN license valid in the state.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Rotating on call evenings and weekend, 7 on 7 off.
- Building meaningful connections with patients and their families.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being.
- Practicing according to the philosophy and policies/procedures of State standards.
- Providing direction and leadership to care staff.
