About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to set up banquet room with linens, dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Skill in greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Proficiency in serving food and beverage items using hand-held trays and/or buffet carts.
• Capability to prepare and set up condiments.
• Ability to break down banquet rooms, remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware, and transport them to the dishwashing area.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room in accordance with catering specification sheet; table linens, dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverage items to guests using hand-held trays and/or buffet carts.
• Prepare and set up condiments.
• Break down banquet room upon completion of function; remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware and transport to dishwashing area.
