About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-time On-call Server to work at Grand Lodge, located at 4400 South 80th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Grand Lodge has 109 independent and 10 assisted living apartment homes. Shifts will be on call, as needed, to work some weekday evenings 4:00pm - 7:30pm, and on weekends 10:30am-2:30pm or 4:00pm-7:00pm (including holidays). This position will pay up to $16.15/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 14 years old required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Set-up the dining room and designated areas in the kitchen in anticipation of meals.
- Clear tables.
- Meet diners’ needs.
- Handle food safely.
- Deliver food to apartments.
- Clean kitchen and dining areas.
