About The Position

America's Car-Mart is seeking a Part-Time On Call Driver to join our friendly team. This role involves operating various automobiles for extended periods over long distances in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. The driver will provide courteous and professional pickup, transport, and delivery of vehicles between dealerships, vendor facilities, and repair facilities. Requirements

Must follow all Company safety policies and procedures.
Immediately reports any and all accidents to the General Manager.
Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.
Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
Employment is contingent upon your pre-employment background review, drug test, satisfactory MVR, and any state or local requirements for necessary licensure, as applicable.

Responsibilities

Makes trips including overnight and extended trips requiring irregular hours.
Keeps cars clean and in operating condition.
Can perform basic maintenance of the vehicle including filling gas tank, checking oil and fluids, changing a flat tire, and keeping it clean.
Advises General Manager or Assistant Manager if vehicle needs repairs and maintenance.
Must follow all Company safety policies and procedures.
Immediately reports any and all accidents to the General Manager.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.
Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
