On Call Delivery Driver
About The Position
Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this On Call Delivery Driver opportunity at NDX Dental Art Laboratory in Lansing, MI. The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, on call, working up to three (3) alternating days of the week between Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
Requirements
- Personable individual with good oral communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service focused
- Professional and neat in appearance
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Valid driver’s license and able to maintain an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Learn delivery route(s) as assigned
- Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned
- Disinfect cases returned to lab
- Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus
- Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc.
- Clean work area (vehicle) daily
- All other duties as assigned
