About The Position

Marsden South, a Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, service, and maintain large and small businesses across the United States. This is an on-call position covering various locations from North Nokomis to Marco Island and surrounding areas. The shift is Monday-Saturday from 9am to 5:00pm, as needed or on a call-basis.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Must have a valid Drivers License and good driving record
• Able to follow schedule provided
• Must be able to undergo for a background check
• Must be able to be on your feet for your entire shift
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to drive between locations

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
• Sweep/mop/vacuum
• Remove and dispose of trash
• High and low dusting
