The On-Call Coordinator is responsible for ensuring continuous staffing coverage and supporting daily operations during, and outside of standard business hours. This role serves as the primary point of contact for scheduling needs, call-outs, emergencies, and staff support. The On-Call Coordinator ensures that all shifts a re adequately staffed in alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and resident or client needs. On-call duties are incentivized at a fixed daily rate in addition to the employee's standard hourly wage when working in community .
