About The Position
Our Cook is responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef and for making sure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year's experience as a prep line/cook
- Capable of thinking on their feet
- Able to keep up in high-pressure situations
Responsibilities
- Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
- Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs.
- Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas.
- Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
