About The Position

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. This role assists with guest check-in/out, responds to inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security. This is Part-time On Call Concierge opening at our Hope Lodge facility in Boston, MA. This individual will be offered shifts based on business needs that will typically entail working less than 20 hours per week.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources
  • Coordinate transportation & EMPOWER Program services and schedules
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies
  • Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records
  • Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols
