About The Position
East Wind Nannies is hiring college students who love kids to join our Caregiver Team. Our caregivers provide backup care for wonderful families throughout Pittsburgh, and you choose the shifts you want to work. This role offers a flexible schedule that works around your class schedule, with no fixed weekly schedule or need to ask a manager for time off. It's a great opportunity for students studying education, psychology, nursing, social work, child development, or anyone who enjoys being around children. This role also provides valuable childcare experience for future careers. Families post available shifts through an app, and caregivers decide which ones to accept, allowing for flexibility around classes, breaks, and lighter weeks. You can earn extra money when needed and work with different families and age groups, maintaining full control over your schedule.
