About The Position

On-Call Caregivers have the potential to earn significant income through full-time work, overtime, flat-rate on-call stipends, bonuses, and more. The main function is to be available outside regular business hours to fill last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs. This role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living in their homes while delivering quality, safe care.

Requirements

HHA or CNA certification desired (strong experience with seniors considered if non-certified).
Respectful, compassionate, dependable.
Strong communication and time management.
Reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Be available outside regular business hours to fill last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs.
Assist clients with activities of daily living in their homes while delivering quality, safe care.
Agree to specific On-Call hours/days.
Receive stipend for being On-Call plus hourly wage for hours worked.
Return all calls within 15 minutes during On-Call period (may be called anytime, including overnight).
Be able to leave for a client within 30 minutes of receiving a call.
Accept all assignments during On-Call period, regardless of location (includes assisted living and hospice).
Forfeit stipend if unable to comply.
Maintain reliable transportation, email access, and clean insured vehicle.
Follow all care plans, documentation, confidentiality, and PPE requirements.
Perform all HHA/CNA/PCA job duties.
Assist with mobility, personal care, and hygiene.
Prepare meals and assist with errands.
Light housekeeping.
Provide companionship.
Report incidents and respond to emergencies.
