About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced On-Call Caregiver to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes. HHA or CNA is preferred, but strong experience with elderly clients will be considered. This role offers high earning potential with full-time hours, overtime, and on-call stipends, along with extra earning opportunities such as referral bonuses, sign-on bonuses, mileage pay, merit, and holiday pay. The caregiver will be available outside regular business hours to cover last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs, assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping, while also providing companionship and responding appropriately in emergencies. Work will be in private homes and, at times, assisted living and hospice settings.

Requirements

Prior senior care experience; HHA or CNA preferred.
Respectful, compassionate, dependable.
Strong communication, time management, and ethics.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Be available outside regular business hours to cover last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs.
Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and respond appropriately in emergencies.
Work in private homes and, at times, assisted living and hospice settings.
Agree to specific on-call days and hours.
Return calls within 15 minutes and be able to leave for a shift within 30 minutes.
Accept all assignments during your on-call period.
Maintain reliable transportation and complete required documentation on time.
