This role involves setting up all meeting rooms to guest specifications, which includes considerable physical activity in transporting awkward and heavy materials like staging, tables, chairs, and dancefloors from storage to meeting rooms. The attendant will also break down meeting rooms after events, return supplies to storage, and maintain a cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms to ensure they remain presentable.
