About The Position

This role involves providing prompt and professional service to guests during banquets. Responsibilities include reviewing banquet event orders (BEOs) for menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audio-visual needs, assisting with setup tasks, ensuring food quality and presentation, preparing and serving beverages, and communicating with the kitchen regarding any changes.

Requirements

  • Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations
  • Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!

Responsibilities

  • Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
  • Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
  • Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
  • Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
  • Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
  • Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
