About The Position

The On-Call Banquet Server will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of banquet event execution, from setup to service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

• Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
