About The Position

The Banquet Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Department. The Banquets team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests, staying involved from start to finish to ensure flawless execution—so events can take place again the next day, or even the next hour! Our Banquet Servers are expected to provide food and beverage service to our guests. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Director of Banquets and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or catering industries is a plus (luxury environment preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a welcoming and helpful environment for every guest
  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including preparation methods, and effectively communicating this information to guests
  • Assisting with the planning and setup of event spaces
  • Collaborating with team members, F&B teams and other departments to ensure guests are always taken care of
