Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s a plus.
- Must have CASAC or CASAC-T.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Valid NYS Driver’s license.
- Computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group sessions, provide psycho-education to clients, screen and assess clients, offer treatment planning and discharge planning.
- Perform intake and admission activities for clients accepted for admission based on the regulations of the OASAS Part 820.
- Maintain client chart documentation.
- Provide client education on medication assisted treatment and Narcan administration.
- Complete all regulatory reporting as per the OASAS Part 820, following admissions and discharge policies
- For CASAC: oversee CASAC trainees and CASAC-T Trainee Interns, and review program documentation as a qualified health professional.
