About The Position
Audacy is seeking an On-Air Personality to join The Kramer Show as a Morning Co-Host for MIX 106.5 BALTIMORE. This role involves continuing to build on-air and social media dominance. The ideal candidate is a natural content creator who understands how to drive ratings, views, and engagement, is comfortable sharing personal life details, and actively contributes content ideas daily. Proficiency in creating, editing, and posting content effortlessly on platforms like IG, TikTok, FB, and YouTube is essential. This is an opportunity to join a dominant morning show, learn, grow, and flourish, embrace listeners, and create deep audience relationships. The candidate should be ready to establish a life in the Baltimore area and central Maryland and be excited to be part of a top-ranked show with a strong social media focus generating over 10 million views monthly.
Requirements
- On-air experience
- Experience in media or entertainment
- Excellent communicator with strong creative skills
- Knowledge of the formats and audience
- A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
Nice To Haves
- Should possess understanding of FCC policies
- Strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment for on-air and production execution. Promo Suite, VCreative, Wide Orbit a plus
- Programming and imaging skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
- Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence
- Protect the station’s FCC license
- Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift
- Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly
- Operate the control board and perform production work
- Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts
- Other duties as required by management
