Requirements
- Must have good knowledge and experience in basic mechanical maintenance, electronics, wiring schemes and electrical work and how they all work together.
- Must have great knowledge in electrical safety and LOTO experience.
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to be able to read schematics and use a variety of different tools such as a Voltmeter, Hi pot and Calipers.
- Strong soldering skills are a must
- Need to be able to work overtime
Nice To Haves
- Basic programming skills is preferred
- Preferred coil equipment experience and knowledge of the systems is preferred
- Preferred knowledge of Takt Times.
- Associates or bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical or Electronics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- To reduce scrap and keep machines operational while assisting with training and quality projects.
- Perform TPMS on equipment.
- Stock and order needed replacement parts
- Train operators
- Log maintenance issues
- Track downtime.
- OTHER ASSIGNMENTS AS DIRECTED BY THE LEAD TECH OR MANAGER.
