About The Position
Act as OMS Cross Country Coach. Candidate must recognize that athletics in Owatonna are a continuation of the educational process and coach accordingly. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience competing in or coaching cross country
- Extensive knowledge regarding skill development
- Excellent inter/intra-personal skills
Responsibilities
- Act as OMS Cross Country Coach
- Focus on leadership and the community of Owatonna as a whole
- Coach accordingly, recognizing that athletics in Owatonna are a continuation of the educational process
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
