Manages and develops the client relationship as the liaison between clients and the enterprise. Provides ongoing client support and identifies opportunities to retain and expand existing business as the key point of contact for driving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior customer-facing experience.
- The ability to travel overnight at least 50% of the time.
- Salesforce experience.
