Requirements

Possess high attention to detail
General administrative skills
Typing and computer proficiency skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and analytical skills are required
Ability to exhibit high level of confidentiality and reliability
Ability to exercise initiative in completion of tasks
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Previous aviation and/or auditing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform audits of Omni Air International Mechanic, Flight Crew and Flight Attendant paperwork (i.e. Logbooks, Cabin Logs, DMI & COI Coupons, PCT’s, etc. in accordance with the OAI CASS.
Perform data entry and auditing of log pages, part tags, NEF’s and other documentation provided by Mechanic’s and Flight Crew via email.
Audit and track all log pages and associated documentation sequentially.
Ensure required tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Monitor documents received via email and IAD Program and ensure items are not overlooked.
Assist Manager of Auditing with administrative functions.
Perform all duties as assigned by the Manager of Auditing.
