The Long-Term Care Ombudsman acts as an advocate to resolve complaints related to health, safety, welfare, and rights of individuals residing in long-term care settings throughout the State of Delaware. The position serves as an advocacy source, provides education and information regarding residents' rights, training and resources for residents of long-term care settings, their families, and provider.
