We are currently looking for interns to join our Engineering & Production Control team and our Process Innovation team for our summer 2026 program, which will run May 18 – July 31, 2026. Thes are onsite roles based in our San Jose, CA production and repair facility and are full-time opportunities involving 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $29.75. Experiences that grow you—and your career.Job DutiesSome potential projects for this summer could include: Engineering & Production Intern: Packing validations Updating work instructions and process documentation Tasks supporting cost reduction projects Time studies & data analysis Projects supporting quality assurance (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification) Process Engineering Intern: Projects relating to productivity improvement, waste elimination, and cost savings. Supporting projects related to capital equipment purchases, automation and working with outside suppliers. Participation in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and related LEAN activities. A typical day for you will include: Collaborating with your supervisor and team to complete role-related assignments and projects. Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions. Engaging in other duties, as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
  • Must complete two (2) years of undergrad before the internship begins and graduate after the internship ends.
  • Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Basic engineering knowledge.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work well within a team and independently at times with limited guidance.
