What You Will Be Doing As a Process Engineering Intern, you will play a hands-on role within our Continuous Improvement team, leading a structured, Six Sigma Green Belt–style project over a three-month period. This role offers meaningful exposure to manufacturing and engineering processes, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. In addition to your primary improvement project, you will support and report on a new product introduction within our platform, gaining insight into how engineering design transitions into production.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree-granting program in a technical discipline, ideally Mechanical Engineering or Robotics Engineering
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Strong interest in mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical findings clearly

Nice To Haves

Coursework or experience in statistics or data analysis preferred
Exposure to Python, 3D printing software, or rapid prototyping tools is a plus
