About The Position

Apple is looking for an experienced, self-motivated OLED Engineer to join our display development team in industry-leading future Apple products! This individual will serve and a key point to enable innovative concepts and architectures for better OLED display opto-electrical performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years exp in Material Science, (Applied) Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar with 10 years of industry experience.
• Solid understanding of organic electronic material and device physics
• Hands-on experience in OLED device stack design, fabrication process, technical investigation of OLED display technologies.
• Solid data analysis and basic programming skills of Matlab, Python.

Nice To Haves

• PhD in Material Science, (Applied) Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or Master's Degree with 7 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess advanced OLED materials, device performance, and process technologies to support emerging display applications.
• Analyze trade-offs among OLED stack design, manufacturing processes, optoelectronic performance, and implementation feasibility.
• Define and evaluate OLED device specifications for new Apple products.
• Conduct structured methodologies to identify root causes of failure modes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, display and material suppliers.
