We are currently looking for an Okta Services Architect to join KeyData Cyber's Architecture and Delivery team! In this role, you will act as a technical authority, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable identity strategies, ensuring successful deployments and long-term value realization. This role plays a critical part in shaping customer identity programs and driving high-impact outcomes. Requirements

• Okta Certified Architect / Okta Consultant Certification
• 8+ years of experience in IT, solution architecture, or software development
• 4+ years of experience in IAM architecture and design
• 5+ years of consulting experience working with enterprise customers
• Strong experience designing and implementing Okta-based solutions
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active Directory
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integrations
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and define technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IAM tools such as Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Identity
• Knowledge of security architecture, cryptography, and Zero Trust principles
• Experience with distributed systems and application architecture design
• Programming experience (Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, or similar)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems (Git, SVN)
• TOGAF, CISSP, or similar certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements
• Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions using Okta
• Translate customer requirements into scalable and secure identity architectures
• Provide technical leadership in defining Statements of Work (SOW), solution scope, and delivery approach
• Develop IAM strategies, standards, and governance frameworks across organizations
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to support solutioning and pre-sales activities
• Guide delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with architecture
• Conduct architecture reviews, customer health checks, and ongoing optimizations
• Define best practices for interoperability across multiple IAM and enterprise systems
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and business teams
