About The Position

LPS Services is a leading provider of security and traffic control services for the Oil and Gas Industry, with over 10 years of experience. We are WBENC certified and recognized for our teamwork and safety performance in the Northeast Marcellus region. We offer flexible schedules, including full-time positions with a rotating schedule of three consecutive days on and four consecutive days off, as well as part-time positions ranging from one to three days a week. We prioritize employee growth and advancement, with opportunities for internal promotion to roles such as Field Supervisor, Infield Assessors, and Office Assistants. Entry-level opportunities are available, and we provide necessary training for those without prior experience. Ideal candidates should be comfortable using technology like iPads and laptops for data entry and operational tasks. Requirements

Must be 18+ yrs. Old
Valid Driver’s License
Must have your own reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
Have a working smart phone, for apps & Technology/Data Entry
Can work in a fast-paced environment & GREAT attention to detail
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Work in all weather conditions: Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall.
Certain Felonies and certain misdemeanors may disqualify you from a position; LPS Carries a Private Investigator license, the law limits us from proceeding with certain infractions.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using technology such as iPads, laptops, and communication apps for data entry and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Collect all proper ID/Safety Card from anyone wishing to enter location.
Collect and enter information into iPad/laptop.
Report any/all emergencies/violations/incidents etc.
Work any of the operations we have available (FRAC, DRILL, Compression Stations, etc.).
Perform CPR/First aid, if needed, for a location/emergency.
Operate a lease road with a rope gate, ensuring no one enters/exits without proper check-in/out.
Provide safe passage of all visitors inbound and outbound.
Use a CB Radio to communicate with well-traffic and fellow coworkers to ensure all well-traffic follow the designated traffic control plan.
Get out of your vehicle at some point during your shift if something arises and to stay alert/awake.
Collect all proper ID/Safety Card from anyone entering a staging location and must be able to enter all information properly into an iPad/Laptop.
Monitor the vehicles parked on location; Suspicious/broken down etc.
Multitask, keep trucks moving- sending trucks/vehicles to location depending on what's needed.
